My Process of Limited Engagement
Over the ~20 years that I've been in real estate sales and service (development sales / Baja Mexico 2004-2008...British Columbia licensed Residential Realtor® since 2009) I've adhered to the practice of working with a smaller number of buyers and sellers than an average Agent at any one time as being the absolutely best way to maximize the attention, care and results that your real estate goals require. I refer to this process as limited engagement. If you'd like to see if I am a match to what you need the services of a Realtor® for, feel free to reach out anytime: For calls or texts: 250-415-1931 or, by email: graham@bavington.ca I look forward to speaking with you! - Graham./
